A Letter for Pastor Jenny

Dear Countrysider,

I am thrilled to invite you to join us in our Imagine More stewardship campaign for the upcoming year. This campaign presents an opportunity for all of us to engage in the transformative work of God’s church! Our faith compels us to participate in building a community where all are welcome and everyone belongs – a community where love reigns supreme and we Imagine More for our world.

Imagine a church wholeheartedly embracing God’s call to “Love your neighbor as yourself,” actively working to transform the world, one person at a time. Envision a community ignited by faith, dedicated to lifelong spiritual formation and exploring innovative worship and arts experiences. Imagine a church committed to making sure every voice is heard and welcomed at the table.

Countryside is a congregation that fully embraces, affirms, and empowers each one to collaborate in creating a more just and equitable world for all. We invite you to Imagine More for our community and for future generations! What we invest in today will prepare us to make an impact tomorrow.

This year’s campaign goal is ambitious – $1.5 million and 100% participation. We urge you to Imagine More for Countryside by increasing your pledge, making your first contribution, or continuing your commitment in whatever capacity you can. Every contribution matters, and each donation, whether $1 a day, $10 a week, $100 a month, $1,000 a quarter, or $10,000 a year, brings us closer to realizing our vision.

Your pledge card is included. I encourage you to discuss it with your family, contemplate it in prayer, and consider how God is calling you to contribute meaningfully to the future of Countryside’s mission and ministry. You may bring your pledge card forward during worship on Stewardship Sunday, October 20, 2024, as we gather to celebrate our shared commitment to Countryside’s work and witness in the world.

Remember, each gift makes a difference, and it takes all of us working together to Imagine More.
